Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest
More than 7 days before check-in
- 100% refund of the booking amount, excluding payment gateway charges (if any).
Between 3 and 7 days before check-in
- 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 72 hours before check-in
- No refund.
No-Show
- No refund will be provided if the guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date.
Early Departure
No refund will be provided for unused nights after check-in unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation by Papsum Villa
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used for booking.
Force Majeure
Refunds may not be available for cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Political disturbances
- Extreme weather conditions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
